Training and development
 
Armaguard Training continues to develop and grow with the needs of our business. Induction Training is provided to introduce all new team members to their roles and annual refresher training is provided for all existing team members. Firearms Licence Requalification Training, First Aid, and Training and Assessment courses are conducted by Armaguard registered instructors for those team members who require certificates for their ongoing employment. All other specialist training is outsourced on a needs basis.
